Dr. Tan Shoun

Dr. Tan Shoun sees patients at Halley Body Slimming Clinic for weight management, non-surgical body contouring , skin tightening, and muscle toning. He holds a Basic Obesity Management Accreditation from the Singapore Association for the Study of Obesity (SASO) and has experience in non-invasive body aesthetic treatments incorporating technologies such as cryolipolysis, radiofrequency (RF), HIFU, and functional magnetic stimulation (FMS).

He has six years of medical aesthetics experience and as the Medical Director at his previous aesthetic practice, he was responsible for overseeing patient care, doctor training, and ensuring Ministry of Health (MOH) regulatory compliance across the group of clinics. Before his move into aesthetic medicine, Dr. Shoun served as a Medical Officer in Singapore’s public healthcare groups with postings in ophthalmology, orthopaedics, and the emergency department.

Dr. Shoun holds a MBBS from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and is a member of the Society of Aesthetic Medicine (Singapore). His certifications include Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS).
